Mazda6 and Racing Beat Rear Sway Setup

We are currently looking for a Mazda6 in our area that we can do some suspension testing and measurements with.

Volunteers will get our usual promo items, (free components for testing if and when we develop parts for the Mazda6).

AWR sway bar and AXR Clunk FIx Bracket Testing

Testing will begin soon on an AWR rear sway bar and end links with our AXR Clunk Fix Bracket. When the AXR Clunk Fix Bracket was designed, careful consideration was given to the AWR rear sway bar. We look forward to testing this set up and discovering how this will perform.

Protégé and Protégé 5 Rear Sway Bar and End Link Performance Package

Preliminary inspection of the Protégé 5 rear struts would suggest that a support brace is needed before installation of the AXR Clunk Fix Bracket and a performance sway bar. We will have our test P5 back in the shop in a few weeks to take measurements and develop a CAD drawing. Once we have the brace designed we will install it and a performance sway bar to test with out AXR Clunk Fix Bracket.

End Link Upgrade for the Mazda MP3, Mazdaspeed Protégé’s and Protégé 5’s

Initial Engineering has begun on developing adjustable end links capable of balancing and pre-loading the rear sway bar. Suspension tweaking is the ultimate for autocross performance and handling.
